Potential Remake: Assassins Creed 4: Black Flag

One of the games that might get a remake is Assassins Creed 4: Black Flag. This game, released in 2013, is a fan favorite because of its pirate-themed adventures. Although Ubisoft has not officially confirmed this remake, there are rumors that it could happen.

History of Assassin’s Creed Remakes

Ubisoft has not done a full remake of any Assassins Creed game before. However, they have released remasters. In 2016, they released The Ezio Collection, which included remastered versions of Assassins Creed 2, Brotherhood, and Revelations. These games were updated with better graphics and some minor gameplay improvements.

The Future of Assassin’s Creed

Besides remakes, Ubisoft has big plans for the future of the Assassin’s Creed series. Here are some of the upcoming projects:

Assassins Creed Shadows

This game will take players to Japan. It is set to release in November and features a dual-protagonist story. Fans are excited to see how the series will explore Japanese history and culture.

Assassin’s Creed Codename Hexe

Revealed in 2022, this project promises to be very different from previous games. Ubisoft has not shared many details yet, but it is expected to bring a fresh experience to the series.
